We started our business in 1993 by developing a custom solution for a small private school in Connecticut. It was not enough to understand the technology. It was equally important to understand the customer's processes and services. Our software was developed to take existing manual processes and services and make them easier and more efficient to perform. At the same time, we recognize the need to build flexibility into our software to adapt to change. These early lessons have become the hallmark of RJM Systems, Inc.
While we have grown as a software company from offering a PC-solution to fully hosted web-based solutions, we continue to provide personal attention and flexible solutions to our clients. Our annual releases take into consideration the need of our new users. We also offer full hosting to those schools that would rather rely on our years of experience and knowledge and simply want to use our software, all on a budget that smaller organizations can sustain.
Because not all customers are the same...
We offer different services to each of our clients and many rely on us to handle virtually all their technology needs; to provide the software, host the system and write custom functions and reports. Other clients have their own IT staff, so they may host the system themselves, write their own reports and even include some of their own custom functionality.
We, at RJM, understand different schools have differing needs and we strive to tailor our products and services accordingly.
