When installing a new system, processes are evaluated and departments need to look at how they do business and how they communicate with each other. In the 'old days' when client server systems were installed, departments needed to think about paper flow and how things happened within the organization, but in the new WEB world with self serve options, function and processes are evaluated with even more scrutiny so that the work flows efficiently and students are served in the proper fashion. One of the key training items that an RJM consultant will perform will be to work with the staff of an institution so that the schools goals and objectives are met.
