We provide SONISWEB releases typically every 9-12 months.  From time to time we create enhancements or upgrades to the software.  Many of the new features in SONISWEB come from recommendations from our customers and prospective customers.  New enhancements are made available through our website where each client have their own unique access.

Our support line and email to support@sonis.com is available to handle questions as well as problem resolution.  For hosted customers, our support line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
