RJM knows that great
software is just one part of a successful
implementation. That is why SONIS Services include
project management, training, implementation planning,
customization and on-going consulting as important parts
of our implementation strategy. RJM will provide an
implementation team that will work with you to outline a
project plan based on your specific requirements. The
implementation process typically consists of these key
phases:
- Project Management - ongoing establishment
and analysis of the project plan.
- System Design - reviewing your unique needs
and documenting design assumptions for key foundation
components such as the system tables, user security
parameters, customized report forms and other advanced
features and options.
- Software Installation - working with you to
download your software from our web site and testing
each user's ability to connect. This step assumes that
your hardware and network are already installed and
meet system requirements.
- Software Configuration - setting up the
basic system parameters for SONISWEB® so that you can
proceed to begin loading your data.
- Data Conversion - transferring records and
historical information from your current system to the
new system.
- Implementation/On-Site Training - on-site
training for each software module, reports & query
training and configuration testing. Our training is
tailored to your set up.
- System Verification - a review of your
system to ensure that the final set-up conforms to the
original system design objectives.
