Software Trainer and Implementation Specialist - Connecticut
This position is an opportunity for the right candidate to get involved with a growing software development company in Southbury, Connecticut that provides an integrated web based administrative software solution to small to medium size colleges and universities in the US, Canada and the Caribbean.
Responsibilities will include managing and providing the training and implementation of our administrative software product for colleges and universities. Additionally Customer Support via Telephone, Web Page, Email and Fax and acquiring an in-depth knowledge of the RJM Product Line. Will require travel (Estimated at 30%-40%) and nontraditional working hours.
Requirements:
- College Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Detail Oriented, Logical, able to diagnose software problems
- Good professional appearance
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Some Knowledge of Report Writer or database tools such as Cold Fusion Report Builder or
similar, Access, SQL
- Must be flexible
The ideal candidate would possess the above mentioned skills and have a background in Higher Education Administration.

Software Support Specialist - Connecticut
This position is an opportunity for the right candidate to get involved with a growing software development company that provides an integrated web based administrative solution to small colleges and universities in the US, Canada and the Caribbean.
Responsibilities will include Customer Support via Telephone, Web Page, Email and Fax. Acquiring an in-depth knowledge of the RJM product line. Some computer programming for minor modifications, special custom products and data conversions. May require some travel and nontraditional working hours.
Specific Responsibilities:
· Answering Help Line Calls from Customers
· Quality Assurance/Testing of New Software
· Comparing Documentation/Technical Manuals to Software
· Working with our Software Trainer/Implementation Specialist
Requirements:
· College Degree or equivalent experience
· Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
· Detail Oriented, Logical, able to diagnose software problems

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
· Some programming background or success in programming courses
· Must be flexible
Some experience with Web development using Cold Fusion, Microsoft SQL Server or similar products would be a plus.
